Dundee Science Centre & Dundee and Angus Regional STEM Partnership are excited to announce STEM Expo 2026.
The Dundee and Angus Regional STEM Partnership aims to create a regional STEM pathway, providing primary, secondary, further education, higher education, and industry opportunities to develop the knowledge, understanding, and skills for STEM careers.
STEM Expo 2026 will take place during Dundee Science Festival, between Tuesday 3rd & Wednesday 4th February at Dundee Science Centre – 14 Greenmarket, Dundee, DD1 4QB.
Primary & secondary schools from Dundee & Angus are invited to attend the STEM Expo on these dates, and participate in a range of STEM activities designed to build their confidence and awareness around future careers in STEM.
We will be running the following sessions;
Primary
- Tuesday 3rd February – 9:30am-11:30am/10am-12pm
- Wednesday 4th February – 9:30am-11:30am/10am-12pm
Secondary
- Tuesday 3rd February – 12pm-2pm/12:30pm-2:30pm
- Wednesday 4th February – 12pm-2pm/12:30pm-2:30pm

100% Completely FREE School Visits for Dundee Science Festival!
We are offering schools several funded offers to support schools to visit during Dundee Science Festival – which can be combined for 100% FREE visits (including admission & transport).
🚌 100% Transport Funding
- 100% transport funding for visits during the festival, contracted or public transport.
ELIGIBILITY:
- Primary or secondary school in decile 1-6 area (SIMD), zone 3-6 (UR6)
🎟️ 100% Admission Funding
- 100% admission funding for visits during the festival
ELIGIBILITY:
- Dundee primary school or council-run nursery in a decile 1-6 area (SIMD). *Edina-funded visit, offer includes an outreach workshop at school
- ANY primary or secondary school – P5-P7 students or S1-S2 students. *Learning Lab Powering the Future, the offer includes entry to programme
- ANY Dundee or Angus secondary school – STEM Expo ONLY. *STEM Expo, afternoon visits on 3rd & 4th February
- Dundee, Angus, and Northern Fife Primary Schools – P1-P7. *Scottish Water Water Cycle programme, includes outreach workshop at school – LIMITED SPACES REMAINING
