Engineering for the Future explores challenges within the Scottish engineering sector and includes themes of sustainability, electrical engineering, construction, and renewable energy & storage.
Please note that this outreach will require a private room/hall big enough to accommodate up to 30 children seated at 3 separate tables. We will also require close parking and step-free access into the space to allow our team to safely transport our outreach kit. If on arrival our staff deem the area not to be suitable to deliver the workshop, we may have to rearrange for a more suitable location.
Aims:
- To develop curiosity within STEM from a young age by highlighting how engineering affects our lives and the local area.
