Learning Lab 2025/2026 academic year – SPACES STILL AVAILABLE
Learning Lab is a FREE science education programme for P5–P7 and S1–S2 students in Dundee, Angus, Fife, and Perth & Kinross. Aligned with CfE experiences and outcomes, Learning Lab supports teachers to deliver amazing science in the classroom!
Through exciting practical activities, pupils will discover renewable technologies and see that they have the skills needed for a future in the energy industry. Protect a melting ice cube, run a hydrogen relay race, and meet an expert from the energy industry!
With a suggested teaching time of 2 hours per week, this 8-week programme for P5–P7 or 4-week programme for S1-S2 comprises:
- Lesson plans, worksheets, and original video content.
- Live scientist interactions
- Professional learning sessions
- Family learning activities
- A FREE VISIT to Dundee Science Centre
