Can I pay at reception?
Although we strongly recommend that you pre-book your session before arriving at
Dundee Science Centre in order to guarantee a space, there will be an option to purchase tickets at the reception if spaces are available.

Our Centre has been transformed through our £2.1 million CONNECT Project and we cannot wait for you to experience our new facilities and exhibitions for all ages including our redesigned Café Create, and our brand-new provision for early years including our "We are Exploring" Zone.

Booking Information
Pre-booking and purchase of tickets to Dundee Science Centre is strongly recommended for your visit. In order to manage the number of visitors in the Centre, timed entry will be necessary.
Would I be able to cancel?
If you are unable to attend your visit to the science centre, you must contact
staff@dundeesciencecentre.org.uk
at least 48 hours prior to your visit and we would be happy to reschedule your visit to a date and time that suits you best.
How busy will it be?
Our visitor numbers will be limited to ensure that our Centre will not be too busy at any given time.
Do I have to wear a face mask?
No, however we fully support our visitors and team if they choose to continue doing so.
Are the toilets open?
Yes, the toilets are open for our visitors to use. They will be regularly cleaned throughout the day.
Is the coffee shop opened?
Yes, we are proud to be showing you our brand new space and our new
Café Create, we will be operating a limited Light Bite menu with coffee and cake available only for the time being. There will also be online deals you can purchase from our web site prior to your visit.
Enhanced Hygiene Measures Remaining
Enhanced Hygiene measures include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Extensive and regular cleaning across the Centre.
- We support the continued use of facemasks for both staff and visitors if they choose to wear them.
- Hand sanitising stations are available throughout the Centre for use by everyone.
- Sanitising wipes and signage are in place around exhibits for visitors to wipe down after use.
- Online booking for timed admission tickets will remain, supporting visitor engagement and hygiene functions - with Centre cleans between visit sessions.
