Join us as part of the Dundee Science Festival at the School of Life Sciences' fabulous indoor Street for perfect pairings of scientists and food makers. Explore links between bacteria and ice cream, discover the sometimes bitter meeting of malaria and tonic, and much more. Expect a raft of food stalls, live demonstrations and some surprising snacks you may not have supped on before. Our delicious collaborators include:

The Flame Tree Cafe - an independent cafe in the heart of downtown Dundee serving quality coffee and tea as well as delicious fresh food made to order and delicious home baking
Sacred Grounds Coffee Company - a speciality coffee roastery based on the banks of the Brothock Burn in Arbroath, and Angus's only coffee roastery.
Cairn o'Morh wines - Since 1987 Cairn o' Mohr has been brewing up juicy-fruity, berry loaded, blossom scented, leafy layered, award winning country wines, using the berries for which the area is famous, wild flowers, fruits and leaves.
